Biography

NAMITHA JOSY, born in 5thOctober, 1994 completed her graduation Bsc (hon. ) nursing, in 2016, from All India Institute Of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.  In late 2018 she completed her masters in Obstetrical and Gynecological nursing from Bhopal Memorial Hospital and research center, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Currently she is working as Nursing Officer, All India Institute of medical sciences, Raipur. This project was done as a part of academic requirements and is a confirmatory evidence to prove the effect of yoga in reducing stress and depression in the target population. She has attended various national and international conferences.
